Free Assisted Living Referrals:
Helping You Find Quality Senior Care in The Phoenix Area
Seniors who can no longer stay in their own homes need an assisted living facility that can meet their health, mobility and social needs.
It's our job to find it for them.
If you've been looking into senior care housing for a loved one, you may be feeling overwhelmed by the task.
Having to research the many facilities, determine which have vacancies, tour the homes, and make the final decision on your own is a big, time-consuming job. Getting it right the first time is so important.
What you need is an advisor who knows the system, knows all the senior care facilities in the Phoenix area, and can save you a lot of stress and legwork.
Our Special Something
Here at Assisted Living Referral, our free referral service is dispensed by a nurse with 33 years in the health care field.
Linda Bartsch is a senior care professional who has operated her own assisted living facility. She's also an educator who has taught her skills to others entering the field.
Linda will be with you all the way, personally supporting and advising you right from your initial contact with her, to finding a suitable senior care home, to post placement follow-up.
Our "special something" is Linda Bartsch.

Our Services:
How Our Senior Care Referral Service Works
Assisted Living Referral takes a hands-on approach to the services we provide. Company founder Linda Bartsch is an experienced nurse / senior care advisor who will personally guide you through the senior care system using this 6-step approach:
- Assessment. We visit your senior and thoroughly assess his/her medical, social, financial, emotional and physical needs. We also determine the desired assisted living location.
- Narrowing the Options. We search our database of Phoenix area senior care facilities and compile a list of the ones that best meet your loved one's needs.
- Presenting the Best. You receive our top three selections of senior care homes that currently have vacancies. We only recommend homes we have checked and approved ourselves.
- The Tour. You may tour the facilities on your own or we can accompany you.
- The Choice. Once you have selected an assisted living facility, we help get the admission process going quickly as vacancies often don't last long.
- The Follow-Up. After the first few months, we follow up to make sure the placement has been successful and your loved one has settled in well. Changes are rarely needed but if they are, we work with you to arrange it.
We know all the Phoenix and area senior care facilities inside and out.
We can help you assess the advantages and possible shortcomings of each one because inevitably, there will be shortcomings. It's always best to know what the pros and cons are in advance so there are no surprises that might necessitate another move.
Why Free?
We can offer our Assisted Living Referral services at no charge because we receive our fees from the senior care facilities themselves.
We have a huge number (2,000+) of senior care / assisted living homes to choose from and we only refer you to the most appropriate ones for your needs. So you can count on us for unbiased, experience-based advice that puts you and your loved one first.

Assisted Living Referral:
About Us
When you turn to Assisted Living Referral, you get personalized help from someone with 33 years experience in nursing and long-term senior care.
You get compassionate, knowledgeable advice from a senior care professional who has been in your situation and understands the stress, uncertainty and many questions you have about assisted living for your loved one.
About The Founder
The founder of Assisted Living Referral, Linda Bartsch, is a nurse who has worked in hospitals, nursing homes, and clinics. When her own mother's health began to decline, Linda opened an assisted living home in Arizona, providing personal care on a daily basis to her mother and other senior residents.
Before that, she founded and ran a vocation school in Washington State, training caregivers and administrators in the field of assisted living.
Linda brings this rich background in senior care to Assisted Living Referral where she advises spouses, children, and other caregivers on available options for assisted living in Arizona.
The Personal Touch
Much more than a nurse and a businesswoman, Linda Bartsch has first hand knowledge of Arizona's assisted living facilities and the standards they must meet. She makes a point of knowing the proprietors and staff of each senior care facility she recommends and has personally toured them.
Linda can advise you on which ones have the services your loved one needs, which ones maintain the highest standards, and which ones have the location and living environment that will make everyone in your family feel comfortable about this important move.
Our Goal: To help you find the most suitable senior care homes in the community as quickly as possible and with as little stress as possible for you and your loved one. To advocate for the best interests of your senior family member.
